For our location in Trofa we are currently looking for a

Senior HR Generalist (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and deliver on core activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, contract management, benefits, training and offboarding, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Optimize HR policies, processes and practices to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate processes of Performance, Talent Management and Succession Planning in line with annual HR calendar.
  • Enhance employer attractiveness through employer branding initiatives and support internal communications and local events organization.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics, preparing regular reports and updates.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Academic studies in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR Management Systems (SuccessFactors).
  • Fluency in English
