System Control Engineer
For our location in Iasi (Romania) we are currently looking for a
System Control Engineer
(on site in Iași)
JOIN US AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:
- Lead Model Development in Simulink:
Design and implement control system models from scratch, often starting with nothing but the system requirements and a circuit diagram.Your ability to conceptualize and create robust models is critical to the success of our projects.
- Apply a strong analytical mindset:
to tackle technical challenges, identify optimal solutions, and continuously improve system performance.
- Control System Design:
Leverage knowledge of control theory to design, simulate and validate controllers for dynamic systems.
- Develop Mathematical Modeling:
and work with mathematical models of physical systems, ensuring a deep understanding of system dynamics and behavior.
- Integrate Electronic System:
Utilize your knowledge of electronics to integrate control systems with hardware, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
- Collaborate and Document:
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including hardware and software engineers, to ensure alignment and project success. Prepareand present technical documentation and reports.
YOU ARE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU HAVE:
- University degree ideally in Automatic Control and Computer Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or similar;
- Basic knowledge of electronics, including an understanding of circuits, sensors, and actuators;
- Good knowledge of mathematics, particularly in areas like linear algebra, differential equations, and numerical methods;
- Solid understanding of control theory (e.g., Transfer functions, PID, state-space models, frequency-domain analysis etc.);
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for control system modeling and simulation;
- Experience with model-based design workflows, including code generation and testing;
- Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time implementation of control algorithms;
- Knowledge of advanced control techniques (e.g., adaptive control, optimal control);
- Good English skills in writing, reading and speaking.
