Senior SAP Inhouse Consultant - ABAP & Workflow (m/f/d)

We are looking for a skilled and business-oriented SAP Inhouse Consultant to join our IT organization. In this role, you will support and enhance SAP applications, collaborate with business stakeholders, and contribute to global IT initiatives and transformation projects

Join Our Team as a Senior SAP Inhouse Consultant

 

  • Technical ownership of SAP-based document and workflow solutions
  • Development, enhancement and stabilization of solutions using ABAP (OO, enhancements, interfaces, reports)
  • Design and optimization of classic SAP workflows in an ERP environment
  • Contribution to the operation and further development of OpenText VIM 
    (prior project or operational exposure is sufficient)
  • Analysis of business requirements and translation into robust technical solutions
  • Gradual involvement in SAP BTP/SAP Build based extensions and automation scenarios
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional international teams

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field
  • Strong ABAP coding skills (OO-ABAP, enhancements, debugging, analysis)
  • Experience with SAP workflows in ECC or S/4HANA
  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes supported by SAP
  • Experience analysing business or technical requirements and translating them into system-related solutions
  • Understanding of SAP application landscapes, architecture, and integration concepts
  • Understanding of SAP data structures and database concepts
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Experience participating in international or global IT projects
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
