YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Leading cross-functional project teams from project quotation to serial production handover;
➢ Acting as the main interface for project-related topics with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders;
➢ Defining project objectives, milestones, timelines, budgets and deliverables;
➢ Coordinating resources and ensuring effective communication across all project functions;
➢ Monitoring project status, risks, open actions and overall performance;
➢ Ensuring project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget and according to quality requirements;
➢ Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation and escalation actions when necessary;
➢ Providing regular project reporting to management and customers;
➢ Managing project budgets, costs and resource allocation;
➢ Ensuring successful project closure and handover to production.
YOUR PROFILE
➢ University Degree in Engineering, Management or related field;
➢ Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management;
➢ Strong leadership, organization and coordination skills;
➢ Knowledge of project management methodologies, change and risk management;
➢ Experience in quotation, development, sample management and product industrialization;
➢ Experience with Preh standard tools (SAP, BCS, TT, Stages, Doors and Surround);
➢ Very good English skills (written and spoken);
➢ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
➢ Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure;
➢ Willingness to travel when required.
