Production Engineer Development - Assembly
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defining and developing assembly concepts (layout, material flow, process steps);
- Developing manufacturing concepts and ensuring implementation of processes;
- Creating technical specifications and coordinating equipment suppliers;
- Responsible for equipment delivery, installation and commissioning;
- Acting as interface between R&D, Quality, Production and suppliers;
- Performing capacity and cycle time analysis;
- Identifying risks and implementing corrective actions;
- Creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation;
- Responsible for transfer to production and SOP readiness;
- Participating in technical reviews and cross-functional activities.
YOUR PROFILE
- University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering (or similar technical field);
- 3–5 years experience in Production / Manufacturing Engineering (middle level);
- Experience with assembly processes and manufacturing technologies (automotive preferred);
- Strong knowledge of production processes, industrialization and equipment;
- Experience with FMEA, Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma;
- Very good English skills;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Willingness to travel;
- Ability to work under pressure and take decisions;
- Strong analytical thinking, communication and teamwork skills.
