Pre-Series Logistics Lead
About the Role:
The Challenges in Front of You:
• Lead and coordinate the Pre-Series Logistics team.
• Ensure recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Participate in all project meetings from kick-off onwards.
• Ensure procurement activities and component availability.
• Manage and follow up on engineering changes (ECRs/ECNs).
• Ensure the purchase of components during pre-series phases.
• Participate in process series, R@R (Run @ Rate, validation of production capacity under real operating conditions), and project/customer visits.
What You Bring to the Table:
You're more than your resume - you're driven, structured, and solution-oriented. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience (automotive industry is a strong plus).
• Strong knowledge of SAP & Excel (Power BI is a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); German is a plus.
