Industrial Equipment Engineer
About the Role:
We are looking for an Industrial Equipment Engineer responsible for the development, construction, validation, and industrial integration of new production equipment and assembly lines for the Preh Group.
In this role, you will ensure technical quality, interface with suppliers and internal teams, and support the successful industrialization and optimization of production processes.
The Challenges in Front of You:
• Analyze technical specifications for new equipment and propose improvements
• Request quotations, prepare cost proposals, and align with internal stakeholders
• Manage equipment suppliers and provide technical follow‑up throughout the build phase
• Handle documentation, purchase orders, and equipment changes during construction
• Support pre‑approval and final approval of equipment (N006/N007)
• Participate in process series, R@R, and project/customer visits
• Ensure ergonomics, material flow, and industrial principles are respected in new equipment
• Guarantee compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, 5S, and company policies
What You Bring to the Table:
You are more than your resume, you’re analytical, structured, proactive, and committed to delivering high‑quality industrial solutions. To succeed in this role, you bring:
• Bachelor’s or Integrated Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of Project Management (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Fluency in English
