IT Network Administrator (M/F)

About the Role

As an IT Network Administrator, you will join our IT team at Preh Group (Trofa), ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, supporting critical operations through reliable connectivity, proactive monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will be key in maintaining the systems that support our automotive business.

The Challenges in Front of You:

• Manage and optimise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless).
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and security systems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure availability through preventive actions.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents, minimising business disruption.
• Analyse recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance stability and efficiency.
• Identify risks and contribute to strengthening network security and performance.
• Provide user support, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on infrastructure projects.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.

What You Bring to the Table:

You're more than your resume, you're proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by continuous improvement. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, Aruba and Fortinet environments.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, routing protocols, monitoring tools, and packet analysis.
• Experience with DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SIP, TLS, MFA, Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of network security concepts (IPS, IDS, NGFW, UTM).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
