Group Packaging Engineer (M/F)
About the Role
The Challenges in Front of You:
• Optimize packaging and logistics processes across global manufacturing plants
• Design one‑way packaging for new components and continuously improve existing solutions
• Lead the development of returnable packaging for local suppliers
• Ensure all packaging solutions guarantee full product protection and quality preservation
• Measure logistical impacts and drive efficiency, cost reduction, and process improvements
• Develop group‑wide packaging standards, guidelines, and documentation
• Create and maintain tools for managing returnable packaging within the supply chain
• Coordinate logistics projects and interface with cross‑functional teams
What You Bring to the Table:
You are more than your resume, you’re analytical, solution‑driven, and committed to improving logistics performance. To thrive in this role, you bring:
• Technical background (logistics‑focused profile preferred)
• Experience in logistics, ideally in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office; SQL/database expertise is an advantage
• Strong English skills, written and spoken
• A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
