Global Logistics Specialist Planning & Customer Service
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewing, documenting and optimize logistical setups and processes for all global manufacturing plants, with a strong focus on production planning & customer support;
- Developing and implementing standards, concepts and tools for SAP (PP/MM), in close collaboration with related stakeholders;
- Implementing, optimizing and continuously monitoring defined measures, processes, and structures across global locations;
- Offering cross-functional first-level-support as Group Key User in SAP PP/MM;
- Providing short‑term development and implementation of solutions for complex operational or systemic issues;
- Identifying bottlenecks and proposing corrective actions to improve efficiency;
- Offering support for initiatives focused on streamlining planning accuracy and operational performance.
YOUR PROFILE
- Superior studies;
- Previous experience within the Logistics department (minimum 3 years);
- Good SAP knowledge (modules: PP, MM, SD);
- English knowledge at an advanced level;
- German knowledge is a plus;
- MS Office knowledge;
- Good organizing, team work, communication and problem solving skills;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Open to business travelling if needed.
