About the Role

We are looking for a Controller to join our team at Preh Portugal (Trofa) and play a key role in supporting financial planning, performance monitoring, and business decision-making across our organization. You will contribute to ensuring transparency, efficiency, and financial excellence within a dynamic international manufacturing environment.t.

The Challenges in Front of You:

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Monitor KPIs and provide meaningful business insights
• Analyze costs, inventories, and investments, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities
• Support monthly reporting activities and communication with headquarters
• Ensure the accuracy of industrial costing and product valuation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and continuous improvement

What You Bring to the Table:

You are more than your resume, you are analytical, detail-oriented, and driven by turning data into business value. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Controlling or Management Control within an industrial and multinational environment
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Advanced SAP knowledge
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and communication skills
