Central HR Development Specialist

·     Consulting globally with management and employees to determine an organization's training needs;

·     Organizing internal and external courses, according to the agreed upon plan;

·     Handling the administrative duties associated with the training program, like scheduling, budgeting and enrolling employees;

·     Offering support in the local L&D process;

·     Creating and validating training materials and other materials for employees to use for learning and training;

·     Creating and/or adapting classical/digital training modules, by using interactive methods in collaboration with the client departments;

·     Presenting potential training programs to managers and other stakeholders for approval;

·     Monitoring and testing the success of training programs and adjusting as needed;

·     Updating and managing the mandatory certifications for employees in SAP;

·     Reporting on specific KPIs;

·     Participating in projects and events within the Human Resources area (Employees survey, Learning paths in Udemy, Global Competency Framework).
